Rob ten Hoedt

Rob ten Hoedt is an experienced global MedTech executive with more than 30 years of leadership in the medical device industry. He held several senior roles at Medtronic, including Executive Vice President and President of EMEA and Global Regions, where he led multibillion-dollar operations, executed major integrations such as Covidien, and advanced commercial, clinical, and strategic initiatives across multiple business units.

Previously, he shaped the global expansion of InterStim therapy, built commercial organizations in the U.S. and Europe, and led Vitatron as VP & General Manager with full P&L responsibility, significantly increasing revenue and organizational scale.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Medmix and Onward Medical, and as an independent board member at Fagron and Salvia BioElectronics. He holds degrees in commercial economics and marketing and completed advanced leadership programs at Harvard Business School and other international institutes.
