Maria Keller

Maria Keller is Vice President Quality at Berlin Heals, where she is responsible for quality management and the company’s quality systems. She rejoined Berlin Heals in 2024 as Senior Quality Manager and has since taken on increasing leadership responsibility, including as Co-Team Lead Quality Management, before assuming her current role in 2025.

She brings extensive experience in quality management for medical devices, with a particular focus on the development and implementation of quality management systems. Prior to returning to Berlin Heals, she spent more than five years at the Johner Institut, where she worked as a Consultant and later as Lead QM Systems, advising companies on quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Earlier in her career, she worked at Berlin Heals as Quality Manager and QM Representative, giving her a long-standing understanding of the company and its medical-device development environment.

Her expertise spans quality management systems, regulatory requirements, quality assurance and the implementation of robust processes to support the development and commercialization of innovative medical technologies.
