Dr. Eric S. Fain is a seasoned executive and physician with over 35 years of leadership experience in the medical device industry, specializing in cardiovascular innovation. He has held senior positions at St. Jude Medical and Abbott, where he led global operations across R&D, clinical development, and commercialization, driving growth and technological advancement in implantable cardiac and neuromodulation devices.

As President and CEO of Procyrion, Inc., Dr. Fain is steering the development of a novel intra-aortic heart pump, securing significant investment and guiding the company through clinical milestones. He also serves on the boards of TriCares GmbH, Three Peaks Medical, AquaHeart, and Orchestra BioMed.

Holding an M.D. from Stanford University and degrees in Applied Mathematics and Biology from Brown University, Dr. Fain combines deep scientific expertise with strategic and operational excellence, consistently advancing innovation in cardiovascular medicine.
